At HeddyMind Therapy Collective, we are in-network with Aetna, UnitedHealthcare/Optum, Cigna, and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. If you're using out-of-network benefits, we can provide superbills and submit claims on your behalf.
Our private pay rates range from $125–$200, depending on the clinician and service. We offer online therapy across Connecticut. Many of our clients use HSA/FSA cards, and we’re happy to discuss your options.

Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse
