At the heart of our practice is a diverse team of clinicians who take a systemic, strengths-based approach to care. Isabella, a bilingual therapist with a Master’s in Couple and Family Therapy, works with teens (16+), adults, couples, and families. She specializes in multicultural and bicultural relationships, couples therapy, communication issues, anxiety, and life transitions such as immigration or moving abroad. Mia, also with a Master’s in Couple and Family Therapy, offers a compassionate, collaborative approach. She focuses on life transitions, stress, teen and young adult women, premarital and discernment counseling, and relationship concerns. Jeremy, a clinician with a Master’s in Counseling and current doctoral student, integrates Narrative and Feminist perspectives to support clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, panic disorders, relationship challenges, and gender-affirming care.

Kasshay is a Clinical Counseling Intern pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She brings a culturally responsive approach, specializing in BIPOC mental health, children and adolescents, CBT, anxiety, depression, and emotional resilience through life transitions. Dr. Annette Melton, an ordained minister and Doctor of Christian Counseling, combines faith-based and clinical approaches. Her areas of focus include inner healing, couples counseling, Biblical guidance, and premarital support through SYMBIS.

Alejandra is the heart of our practice, managing billing with care and compassion to ensure a smooth client experience. Yolanda, who holds a Master’s in Counseling and a PhD in Couple and Family Therapy, brings extensive expertise in anxiety, trauma, panic disorders, infidelity, childhood trauma, parent-child dynamics, and spirituality.
