We offer support for anxiety (including social anxiety, overthinking, panic attacks, and OCD), trauma and PTSD, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges and infidelity, anger management, grief and loss, and LGBTQ+ affirming care. Our team is also committed to multicultural, inclusive support, with services available in English, Spanish, and Farsi.

We combine compassionate, personalized care with evidence-based approaches, thoughtfully matching each client with a therapist who aligns with their needs and goals to support meaningful, lasting change.
We are in-network with Aetna insurance. We accept all credit cards and HSA/FSA cards.
Our fees range from $100-$185 depending on the service offered. Fees are due at the time of the service.
Our team can provide you with detailed invoices (superbills) that you can submit directly to your insurance provider. While we cannot guarantee reimbursement, we’re happy to guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have along the way.

ADHD - Skill-building and support around organizational challenges, distracted attention, procrastination; building and maintaining healthy routines and structure
Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
Couples counseling - Addressing relationship challenges and life transitions; strengthening communication and feelings of security, desire, connection, and love
Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life
Loss, grief, and bereavement - Emotionally preparing for the anticipated passing of a loved one; managing feelings and reactions to a death or loss of significance; support during the process of healing and acceptance
Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse
