Practice Information

At Margarita Solomonova LCSW PLLC, we specialize in treating depression, anxiety, and trauma with depth, precision, and compassion.

We believe you already carry the wisdom, resilience, and answers within you. Our role is to help you slow down, listen inward, and uncover what has always been there beneath the noise, patterns, and pain.

Through personalized, evidence based and integrative care, we guide adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected toward clarity, confidence, and lasting change. Every treatment plan is thoughtfully tailored to your story, your nervous system, and your goals.

Healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to who you truly are.

FAQS

What services does your practice offer?

We provide individual therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Our team offers thoughtful, personalized care using evidence-based approaches while creating a supportive space where clients can gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful change. In addition to out-of-pocket services, we accept Aetna, BCBS, and Northwell Direct and offer virtual sessions.

What are your practice's specialties?

Our practice specializes in working with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, relationship and attachment patterns, life transitions, self worth challenges, and emotional overwhelm. We have particular expertise in helping clients understand and shift long standing patterns rooted in early experiences, as well as supporting nervous system regulation and emotional resilience. Our clinicians are especially attuned to the connection between past experiences and present day relationships, and we provide thoughtful, depth oriented care for individuals seeking meaningful, lasting change rather than short term symptom relief.

Why should I choose your practice?

Clients choose our practice because we offer thoughtful, high quality care that blends clinical expertise with genuine human connection. Our clinicians are carefully selected for both their advanced training and their ability to create a safe, attuned, and respectful therapeutic space. We focus not only on symptom relief but on understanding the deeper emotional and relational patterns that shape your life, helping you build insight, resilience, and lasting change. Therapy with us is collaborative, personalized, and grounded in the belief that meaningful healing happens when you feel truly seen, supported, and understood

How does payment work at your practice?

We are in network with Aetna, Northwell, and Carelon, and also work with some out of network insurance plans. Standard psychotherapy fees are $180 for a 60 minute session, and services are available to clients located in New York State. For clients with out of network benefits, we can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement. We believe therapy should be accessible and offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need. Hypnotherapy sessions are self pay and not billed through insurance, and we are currently out of network with Optum and UnitedHealthcare.
