ME Psychotherapy is a client-centered group mental health practice offering in person and telehealth counseling and medication management, with welcoming offices in Narragansett and Providence, Rhode Island. Our team of experienced clinicians brings a wide range of specialties and training, allowing us to provide both evidence-based and holistic approaches tailored to each individual.
We serve children, adolescents, and adults, offering individual, couples, and family therapy. Our services also include EMDR, trauma-focused care, cognitive and behavioral therapies, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), meditation groups, and walk-and-talk therapy. This integrative model supports the whole person - mind and body - while allowing clients to engage in care in ways that feel natural and aligned.

Our providers offer in-person sessions, telehealth, and walk-and-talk therapy in Providence and South County, serving children, teens, adults, couples, and families.

We are open seven days a week, including evenings and weekends, and our dedicated administrative team provides responsive support with intake, scheduling, and insurance, making it easier to get started and stay engaged in care.
At ME Psychotherapy, our providers are in-network with most insurance plans (see our full list for details).
For clients using insurance, our administrative team verifies your benefits in advance and provides clear information about copays, deductibles, and coverage.
For out-of-network clients, we offer a reduced self-pay rate starting at $100 and can provide superbills for reimbursement.
We also offer lower-cost options through our intern therapists, with rates of $65 or flexible “pay what you can” arrangements in cases of financial hardship.
