Practice Information

At Mind Matters Psychology Group, we specialize in helping children and teens with anxiety, OCD, and executive functioning challenges, as well as adults navigating burnout, chronic stress, persistent worry, or difficulty sleeping. Many of our young clients are bright students who struggle with school-related pressure, attention difficulties, intrusive thoughts, or disrupted sleep, while adults often reach out because they feel overwhelmed by work demands, chronic stress, or sleep problems.

Our multidisciplinary team, including licensed psychologists, LCSWs, LMSWs, and executive functioning (EF) coaches, provides evidence-based therapy and skills-based coaching. A signature part of our practice is EF coaching for children and teens, helping them develop practical strategies in organization, planning, emotional regulation, and study skills to feel more confident and successful at school.

We aim to create a compassionate, collaborative environment where clients feel understood and supported as they gain insight into their experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and achieve meaningful, lasting change. Many parents also come to us because their child is bright and capable but struggles with focus, emotions, school demands, or sleep difficulties.

What services does your practice offer?

Mind Matters Psychology Group is a full-service therapy group practice on the Upper West Side. We offer individual, couples, group and family therapy sessions. Additionally, we offer executive functioning support for children, adolescents and adults.

How does payment work at your practice?

We provide in-network services for Mount Sinai Top Tier plans administered by UMR, supporting employees and their eligible family members.
