At Mind of Peace Counseling, we are a trauma-focused practice committed to meeting clients with compassion, flexibility, and deep respect for their lived experiences. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or navigating a major life transition, we approach every concern through a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive lens. We believe that healing starts by honoring your story—and tailoring care to reflect your needs, values, and identity.
Our clinicians work with a wide range of concerns including trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and relationship challenges. Many of our clients are navigating the impact of chronic stress, painful past experiences, or feeling disconnected from themselves or others. We collaborate with clients to explore the root of these patterns and develop practical, strengths-based strategies for growth and resilience.
Mind of Peace Counseling is proud to serve a diverse community. We are especially committed to supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and people of the global majority, and strive to maintain a safe, affirming, and inclusive space for all. Our fully remote model makes therapy accessible across multiple states, welcoming clients wherever they are in their journey.
Mind of Peace Counseling is a trauma-focused, virtual therapy practice that offers individual, couples, and family counseling to clients across multiple U.S. states. Our team of licensed therapists provides accessible, high-quality care through a secure telehealth platform, supporting a wide range of emotional, relational, and mental health needs.
Our therapists specialize in trauma-informed care for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and life transitions. We also support clients working through ADHD, emotional dysregulation, parenting stress, and post-crisis recovery. Each therapist brings unique expertise, but all are united by a deep commitment to culturally responsive, evidence-based care.
Our therapeutic approach is eclectic and client-centered, meaning that we tailor each session to fit the unique needs and goals of every individual. While we draw from evidence-based modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), mindfulness practices, and Moral Injury frameworks, these are simply tools within a larger, flexible framework. We integrate elements from various approaches depending on what best supports each client’s healing process. Above all, our work is grounded in safety, trust, and empowerment—helping clients strengthen their internal and external resources for meaningful, lasting change.
At Mind of Peace Counseling, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Our clinicians provide personalized, collaborative care grounded in empathy and clinical excellence. We prioritize creating a space where clients feel safe, seen, and supported—while offering the flexibility and accessibility of virtual sessions that meet you wherever you are, both emotionally and geographically.
