At New Tides Counseling, we strive to make quality mental health care accessible and flexible for our clients. We accept a variety of insurance plans and work with clients to help them understand their coverage and benefits before beginning services. For those who prefer not to use insurance or who may not have coverage, we also offer self-pay options with transparent session rates.
In addition, limited sliding scale opportunities may be available for individuals or families experiencing financial hardship. Our goal is to ensure that cost does not become a barrier to receiving the support and care clients need. We encourage clients to contact our office with questions about insurance participation, payment options, or eligibility for reduced-fee services.
Our team is committed to creating a smooth and supportive process from the very beginning so clients can focus on their healing, growth, and overall wellbeing rather than financial uncertainty.
