At Perfectly Imperfect Counseling Services, we believe healing begins when you feel seen, heard, and accepted as you are. Our wellness-focused therapy practice supports women and teen girls navigating the pressures of everyday life, whether that’s stress, anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, or the weight of balancing multiple roles.
We’re a group practice serving clients across Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina, offering both individual and group therapy experiences. Our team includes licensed clinicians, postgraduate providers, and MSW interns practicing under supervision, allowing us to offer a range of options, including sliding scale sessions and Loveland Foundation vouchers, without compromising on quality care.
What makes us unique is our holistic and trauma-informed approach. We integrate evidence-based practices such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and somatic techniques, all grounded in cultural awareness and compassion.
At Perfectly Imperfect, you’ll find a restorative space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. We believe in supporting the whole person: mind, body, and soul. This is your space to show up as you are and learn how to thrive, not just survive.
Perfectly Imperfect Counseling Services provides virtual individual therapy for women and teen girls seeking support with anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, identity shifts, and relationship challenges.
Each session is tailored to your needs and focuses on helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, regulate your emotions, and strengthen your boundaries. Our clinicians help you unpack patterns, build healthier coping tools, and integrate practices that support long-term emotional balance and self-trust.
Our team provides virtual therapy for women and teen girls experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns. Each clinician offers trauma-informed, holistic, and culturally responsive care to help clients feel grounded, confident, and connected to themselves again.

We specialize in helping women and teens move from self-doubt and over-responsibility to confidence, calm, and clarity. Every session is grounded in curiosity and compassion, creating space to slow down, explore emotions safely, and rebuild trust with yourself.
Our practice combines clinical expertise with authenticity, making therapy feel less like a task and more like a powerful act of self-care. Here, you’ll find support that helps you heal deeply, strengthen boundaries, and live with intention and ease.
