At Positive Moods LLC, I specialize in supporting leaders and high achievers as they navigate the unique emotional demands of leadership, responsibility, and personal growth. I also help clients foster healthy work-life integration in demanding environments, ensuring their pursuit of success supports rather than compromises personal well-being. I strive to meet each person where they are in their life’s journey. Therapy with me is rooted in compassion, action, and the belief that every individual holds inherent value.
