Psychological Services of NJ is a private mental health practice serving all of New Jersey. Our practice values diversity among individuals, striving to work with you towards your therapeutic goals and growth. We specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages on issues related to anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, and life changes.
Our approach to therapy is guided by empirical data that supports interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness practices. An integrated approach will be tailored to your specific needs, meeting you exactly where you are. This includes integrating your cultural values and beliefs into the treatment goals. Psychotherapy services are provided online or by limited appointments in our Basking Ridge office. Psychological testing is conducted in person at the office.
Psychological Services of NJ provides individual therapy designed to help you feel better and assist you in working towards achieving mental health. We specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. We provide therapy to clients aged 10 and up.
For ages 16 and up, we can provide psychological testing, academic testing and/or ADHD testing.
We tailor our approach to each client. Our therapists understand that there is no 'one size fits all' and will work with you to help you reach your goals. Our convenient online platform allows you to work with your therapist from the comfort of your home. Everyone at Psychological Services of NJ is licensed by the State of NJ and qualified to provide excellent services.
Psychological Services of NJ is in-network with most major health insurance providers. If we are in-network, we will submit the claims to your insurance company and collect copays in accordance with your insurance plan.
If you have out-of-network benefits, we can collect payment and provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance plan.
Alternatively, if you would like to pay cash, appointments range between $175.00 - $275.00, depending on the provider and service.

College & graduate student mental health - Specialized strategies for common issues of young adulthood, including school and career stressors, support around healthy relationships, existential concerns, drug or alcohol issues, eating disorders, and anxiety and/or depression.
