Refuel Counseling is a group practice that supports individuals, children, teens, couples, and families through seasons of stress, transition, and emotional overwhelm. We specialize in working with divorce and co-parenting families, children and teens, ADHD and emotional regulation challenges, postpartum support, and major life transitions. Our work is grounded in evidence-based care—especially Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and DBT-informed skills, while also making room for hope, meaning, and growth.
Our therapists are people who care deeply about doing this work well and doing it with heart. We believe therapy should feel safe, steady, and relational. For clients who want it, we gently integrate faith into the work as a source of grounding and strength, always honoring personal beliefs and never assuming. We meet clients where they are and focus on practical tools, honest conversations, and building skills that support real-life change.
What makes Refuel unique is our focus on helping people refuel emotionally, relationally, and spiritually during difficult seasons. We value consistency, collaboration, and care. Whether someone is seeking support for themselves, their child, or their family, our goal is to offer a grounded place where healing feels possible and hope feels close.
