Sacred Mind Institute is a holistic mental health practice led by a Bilingual/Bicultural Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Integrative Mental Health Coach in Massachusetts. With a foundation in psychotherapy, yoga, and health coaching, the institute supports individuals in exploring the deep connections between mind, body, and spirit. Rooted in both clinical insight and lived experience, our approach honors neurodivergence, cultural identity, and the healing power of authentic connection.

We offer integrative services such as trauma-informed yoga therapy, Brain Health Coaching, and integrative mental health. ADHD - Skill-building and support around organizational challenges, distracted attention, procrastination; building and maintaining healthy routines and structure

Adolescent mental health - Working with adolescents, teenagers, and parents on social, academic, and/or emotional challenges throughout teenage years; addressing anxiety, family conflicts, peer relationships, school stress, transition to college, social media pressures, self-esteem, hopelessness about the future, emotional disregulation
