How does payment work at your practice?

Soul-Mind Connection Counseling, LLC offers flexible payment options to support access to care. We accept a variety of private insurance plans and offer private pay services, with session rates ranging from $125 to $200. Limited sliding scale fees are available on a case-by-case basis, ranging from $40 to $100. We provide superbills for clients seeking out-of-network insurance reimbursement. CareCredit is also accepted, and clients are encouraged to inquire with our team if interested in this option.

We accept debit and credit cards only and do not accept cash, checks, Zelle, Cash App, or similar payment methods. Flexible spending (FSA) funds are welcome. All payments are due at the time of service. Late cancellations or missed appointments without at least 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee of up to the full session cost; insurance does not cover late cancellation or no-show fee. We currently do not accept Medicaid.
