Practice Information

You're good at managing it all. But lately, managing feels burdensome and exhausting. The job is demanding. The family needs you. You’re the first in your circle to be there, in this career, this city, this life, and there’s no one to hand the weight to.

So, you keep moving, keep performing, keep showing up. And the anxiety, the sleeplessness, the sense that you’re always one step behind? You’ve learned to hide it well. That’s who we see most at Let’s Talk. Not people who are falling apart, but people who are keeping it together at real cost to themselves.

We’re a group practice of 15 licensed therapists in Midtown Manhattan, and secure video via telehealth. We specialize in anxiety, trauma, and ADHD. We have particular experience working with professional women, early-career adults, college and graduate students, immigrants, and first-generation Americans who carry more than most and rarely ask for help.

What we offer that’s different: you get matched to the right therapist, not just whoever’s available. We'll see you the same week. We measure whether you’re actually improving. We work in English, Spanish, and Hindi. And we are in-network with Aetna and Lyra Health. Ready to talk? Call or email us for a free 15-minute consultation — usually available this week.
