Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and we’re glad you’re here.
We are a group psychotherapy practice serving the South Bay Area for nearly 20 years. Our therapists support individuals, couples, and families through a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns, helping people feel more grounded, understood, and supported in their lives.
Our team includes Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors, and carefully supervised pre-licensed associates. With a variety of therapeutic approaches and areas of specialization, we work to match each client with a therapist who feels like the right fit for their needs.
At the heart of our work is trust. We believe therapy should feel safe, respectful, and non-judgmental. Our goal is to create a warm, emotionally secure space where you can speak openly, explore challenges at your own pace, and begin meaningful change.
While each therapist brings their own background, personality, and clinical style, we are united in our commitment to helping clients build healthier, more fulfilling lives—for themselves and for the people they care about. We are passionate about our work and stay engaged with current research and best practices so we can offer thoughtful, effective care.
Life can be challenging, and at times those challenges can feel overwhelming. Emotional and psychological distress can arise from many places—relationships with family, friends, or coworkers, as well as internal struggles such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or phobias.
It’s normal to experience stress as you move through difficult situations. But when that stress begins to feel unmanageable, lingers longer than expected, or starts to interfere with your daily life, relationships, or sense of well-being, you don’t have to face it alone.
Working with a qualified therapist can offer support, clarity, and relief during these moments. Therapy provides a safe, compassionate space to better understand what you’re experiencing, develop healthier coping strategies, and begin moving toward balance and healing at your own pace.
Everyone faces challenges in life, and no two experiences are exactly the same. In therapy, our role is to walk alongside you—helping you better understand yourself, strengthen communication with others, and develop skills that can reduce distress and support greater emotional well-being.
Therapy can take many forms, including individual, couples, family, or group work. Together, we’ll find an approach that feels supportive and aligned with your goals, so you can move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence.
We offer several payment options for your convenience, including credit cards, HSA and Flexible Spending accounts, checks, and cash.
Some of our therapists are in network with select insurance companies. If you plan to use insurance, it’s helpful to know that insurance providers may request access to certain treatment information as part of their coverage requirements. Additionally, insurance plans typically require a qualifying mental health diagnosis in order to cover therapy services. For this reason, some clients prefer to self-pay in order to maintain a greater level of privacy. If you would like more information on this, our staff is happy to help you understand your out-of-network benefits and guide you through the reimbursement process if your plan allows.
Please feel free to call or email us with any questions so we can walk you through your options and help you decide what feels right for you.
