We offer solution-focused, person centered treatment and teach tangible strategies for reframing thoughts, shifting perspective and moving from a place of shame and judgment to a place of kindness and self-compassion. We provide a judgment-free compassionate space where individuals feel safe to explore their true potential. At Three Little Byrds, PLLC we have providers who are in network with: BCBS, Aetna, MedCost and Uinted. Our fees range from $120-$150/hr depending on the provider and service offered.
Our team is diverse with clinicians specalizing in childhood trauma and traumatic experiences, Ausitm Spectrum Disorder, neurodiversity, grief/loss and major life transitions, authentic self/gender affirming care/gender transition, multicultural care, non monogamous relationships and LGBTQ+. We provide trauma informed & gender affirming care.
