WellPath Counseling & Associates offers individual therapy to teens and adults. We are located in SE Portland and will meet with you both in person and over telehealth.
Our therapists have training in a number of specific treatment approaches including ACT, AEDP, CBT, DBT, IFS, and Somatic Processing. They use attachment focused modalities to support healing from trauma, managing anxiety and depression and guiding people toward personal exploration and growth.

WellPath Counseling & Associates accepts Aetna, Moda, Regence BlueCross BlueShield (including other BCBS state plans), PacificSource, and Providence insurance plans. If you do not have one of these, we can provide out-of-network superbills for reimbursement. For clients who prefer to pay out of pocket, we offer a self-pay rate of $150 per session.
