We offer professional individual, couples and family therapy session.

What are your practice's specialties?

At Westchester Relationship Center, we specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families enhance their relationships—whether with themselves, their partners, or their broader family systems. Our clinicians bring advanced training in relationship therapy, with particular expertise in areas such as conflict resolution, communication enhancement, fostering emotional and physical intimacy, and navigating complex family dynamics.

In addition to general relationship therapy, our team offers experience and training working in the following areas:

Perinatal mental health, supporting individuals and couples through pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and parenting transitions

Therapy for first responders and their families, addressing the unique relational and emotional challenges faced by those in high-stress service professions

Relationship therapy for neurodiverse individuals and couples, creating neuro-affirming spaces where diverse ways of thinking and relating are honored and supported

Our services are provided in English, Spanish, German, and Portuguese, allowing us to serve a diverse and multicultural community with cultural sensitivity and linguistic fluency.

How does payment work at your practice?

Insurance: We are in-network with Aetna, Cigna, and Northwell Direct. For clients with other insurance plans, we are able to submit claims for out-of-network reimbursement, depending on the terms of your individual plan.

Out of Pocket Rates for Licensed Clinician: Initial Intake Session (60 minutes): $225; Individual Therapy (50–60 minutes): $150 per session; Couples or Family Therapy (50–60 minutes): $175 per session

Out of Pocket Rates for Limited Permit (MFT-LP) Clinician: Initial Intake Session (60 minutes): $200; Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $125 per session;

Couples Therapy (50 minutes): $150 per session

Specialty Services: Please reach out to inquire about our specialty services such as 90-Minute Couples Therapy Sessions with a PACT-trained therapist (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy) and Weekend Intensives for Couples.
