I have over 18 years of extensive expertise in Nursing, spanning from Community Health to Psychiatry. I specialize in treating a range of conditions including Depression, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Care Giver Support, Self- Esteem Issues, Stress related symptoms, and Life Changes.

I provide online services for adults ages 18-64 and accept most major insurances. I utilize a patient centered approach and therapeutic communication to address the unique needs, barriers, and concerns of each client.

We currently operate as a Self Pay/HSA practice for the state of Delaware. Good news! We will soon be able to accept most major insurance plans in the state of Delaware!

If you have a PPO plan and Out of Network Benefits, we are happy to assist with the process of submitting a superbill to your insurance for some reimbursement for services. Many health insurance plans reimburse 50%-80% of session fees with out of network providers. We do not make any guarantees of reimbursement.

We do not service Medicaid/Medicare State insurance plans at this time.
