Stepping into this space is an act of courage and care—for yourself, your mind, and your future.
I’m Laura, a Psychiatric and Family Nurse Practitioner with over 27 years of combined experience. My dual certification allows me to see the whole person—how the mind and body intertwine—and guide you toward healing that feels complete and lasting. I believe that mental health challenges don’t define you; they are simply chapters in your story, and together, we can create new ones.
I’ve worked with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and other challenges across hospitals, outpatient clinics, and nursing homes. These experiences have deepened my understanding of how life’s struggles impact us in mind, body, and spirit—and how to help you move through them.
My approach is holistic and personalized. We’ll look at the full context of your life—your physical health, emotional experiences, relationships, and beliefs—to craft care that supports not just who you are now but who you want to become. Healing is not about "fixing" you; it’s about rediscovering your resilience and reclaiming your joy.
If you’re ready to explore what’s possible, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.
