Professional statement

Nurse Practitioner Olivia Kramm works with adolescents and adults who are navigating a variety of mental health concerns. She provides care for individuals experiencing ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, insomnia, and mood-related challenges. Many of her clients come to her feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, or unsure of where to begin. Olivia’s goal is to offer a safe and supportive space where people feel heard, understood, and guided toward meaningful change.

Her approach to care is practical, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s needs. Olivia combines evidence-based medication management with supportive, goal-focused therapy to create treatment plans that fit her clients’ lifestyles and priorities. She believes in treating the whole person rather than just addressing symptoms, working to restore balance, build resilience, and help clients feel empowered in their mental health journey.

Olivia is an ANCC board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with years of experience in behavioral health and emergency psychiatry. She has worked in diverse clinical settings, including emergency departments, medical-surgical units, and behavioral health programs. This wide-ranging background has shaped her ability to respond with calm, expertise, and compassion — whether helping someone in crisis or supporting long-term recovery and stability.

Clients describe Olivia as approachable, patient, and deeply understanding. She takes time to listen without judgment and builds strong partnerships with those she serves. Her mission is to create a safe, respectful environment where clients can explore challenges, gain clarity, and work toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Message to clients

Starting mental health care can feel overwhelming, and I want you to know that you’re not alone in this process. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can share openly, feel heard without judgment, and know that your concerns matter. We’ll work together to understand what’s been weighing on you and build a plan that feels realistic and supportive.

I believe in care that’s personal and practical. I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy to help you gain relief from symptoms while also learning skills to navigate life’s challenges more confidently. I want you to feel empowered—not rushed or pressured—as we move forward at a pace that works for you.

Most importantly, I hope you leave each session feeling more hopeful, understood, and equipped to make meaningful changes in your life. If you’re ready to take the first step toward stability and healing, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
