Amber Hamilton

Hi, I’m Amber Hamilton, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma-informed therapy to women, girls, and LGBTQ+ individuals. I specialize in helping clients navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and stress management. My goal is to offer a supportive and inclusive space where you can explore your experiences, strengthen your coping skills, and move toward meaningful personal growth.

My approach is collaborative and always tailored to your unique needs. I incorporate evidence-based techniques, creative strategies, and gentle challenges to support lasting change. I place a strong emphasis on empowerment and goal-setting, helping you overcome obstacles and build a life that feels purposeful and aligned with your values.

I earned my degree with honors from the City University of New York – Queens College and began practicing in 2022. My clinical experience includes outpatient therapy, school-based mental health, and PHP/IOP care, allowing me to support clients through a wide range of emotional and life challenges.
