I’ve worked in a variety of clinical settings, with my primary focuses being Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I bring years of experience supporting Veterans, individuals navigating substance use, those living with PTSD, and survivors of violence.
