Professional statement

Aaron Edmiston is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Boerne, Texas and the founder of Blueprint Therapy Services. He specializes in behavioral health treatment for adolescents and adults ages 12 and up.

Aaron works with clients navigating ADHD and executive functioning deficits, tic disorders and Tourette syndrome, trauma and PTSD, substance use and recovery, anxiety and depression, and relationship issues.

Treatment draws on proven, evidence-based models: CBT for ADHD targeting unhelpful thought patterns and executive functioning skills, Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT), EMDR and DBT for trauma and PTSD, the ComB model for BFRBs, and Motivational Interviewing for clients who arrive skeptical or resistant. For younger adolescents, parents are active partners in the process — because what happens at home matters as much as what happens in the session.

With over 15 years of clinical experience including more than a decade in inpatient and outpatient settings, Aaron brings advanced specialty training and a real-world perspective that turns evidence-based treatment into actual results. As someone with personal lived experience with Tourette syndrome, he understands these challenges from the inside out.

Aaron offers in-person sessions in Boerne, TX and secure telehealth throughout Texas. Private pay only at $165 per session. Free 15-minute consultations available.

Message to clients

In our sessions, we are building a foundation for long-term success. I believe in evidence-based treatment because I have seen how it changes lives — not just clinically, but through years of working closely with young men and families navigating challenges that most therapists rarely specialize in.

With over 15 years of clinical experience, including more than a decade in inpatient and outpatient settings, I have worked at every level of struggle — from early behavioral challenges to crisis. That experience gives me a clear-eyed understanding of what actually moves the needle, and what doesn't. I bring that perspective into every session.

I also have personal experience with neurodivergence, which shapes the way I approach this work. I understand what it feels like to navigate these challenges from the inside — and that informs how I connect with clients and build treatment plans that are grounded in reality, not just theory.

What I promise every client is this: you will always be met with respect, straight talk, and a genuine understanding of how these challenges impact daily life. My goal is to equip you with strategies that work not just for today, but for whatever comes next. Once you understand how these tools work, you have them for life.

I look forward to helping you and your family move forward.
