Professional statement

My ideal client is an emotionally insightful adult, many of whom identify as neurodivergent, who feels depleted by chronic over-responsibility, masking, or high-functioning stress. Many are living with the effects of complex trauma (CPTSD), including nervous system dysregulation, emotional overwhelm, or long-standing patterns that no longer shift through insight alone.

They are seeking trauma-informed therapy that is relational, collaborative, and autonomy-centered, where psychological healing and psychospiritual exploration are both welcomed. My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), supporting clients in understanding and relating to their inner parts in ways that promote nervous system safety, clarity, and lasting change.

I also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for clients interested in deepening insight or shifting perspective. KAP is always integrated with IFS-informed preparation and integration, honoring pacing, consent, and regulation.

Together, we focus on boundary repair, somatic regulation, and practical, embodied integration, helping you move from feeling overextended or burdened toward living in alignment with your own authority, clarity, and self-trust. This work is well-suited for those seeking depth, meaningful change, and support that honors individuality and sovereignty.

I attended NYU Silver School of Social School where I earned a Masters Degree in Social Work and have over 15 years of experience.

Message to clients

I know firsthand what it’s like to navigate anxiety, internal pressure, and the feeling of holding everything together. As a first-generation Latina American who identifies as neurodivergent, I learned early how to adapt and push through, yet still felt something was missing despite external success.

Through my own therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) work, I became curious about my inner system and learned to relate to my protective parts with compassion rather than judgment. This shift helped me find greater ease, clarity, and resilience.

I became a social worker because I believe healing happens when people reconnect with their own internal leadership. I offer a collaborative, non-hierarchical space where you can feel supported, understood, and more at home within yourself.
