Alexandra (Ali) Nataloni is a psychotherapist in Massachusetts with over a decade of clinical expertise and personal experience. She specializes in maternal mental health, high-functioning anxiety & depression, pregnancy, perinatal and postpartum, and even deeper, navigating the mental load & burnout.
Founded in 2020, Alexandra’s remote practice was created to support mothers navigating the complexities of modern motherhood. As a mother herself, she understands the challenges of raising young children with limited support; she shaped her practice to provide the expert, clinical, and authentic care that mothers in Massachusetts deserve.
Alexandra earned her Bachelor’s degree from Western New England University, where she also served as Captain of the Women’s Basketball team; an experience that honed her leadership and resilience. She went on to complete her Master’s Degree at Springfield College and clinical training at Baystate Medical Center. Driven by a lifelong desire to build a family of her own, Alexandra now balances her roles as a mother, wife and business owner, bringing that same heart and dedication to her private practice.
