Message to clients

I am a queer, poly-affirming, and neurodivergent therapist who supports clients with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, autism, learning difficulties, neurodivergent burnout, and with sexuality, gender identity, attachments, relationship issues, trauma, open and consensual non-monogamous relationships, trust and self-esteem issues, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and managing stress/anger.

My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and trauma-informed as I use mindfulness, somatic therapy, family systems, solution-focused, behavioral therapy, and an existential approach to help clients explore meaning and purpose in their lives, process their lived experiences, and develop healthy coping skills.

Past experiences can impact our ability to be vulnerable and trusting. I strive to establish and maintain trust by being empathetic, an effective listener, and validating. It is important to feel heard, seen, and validated. Together we will work towards healing and achieving desired outcomes by exploring your experiences in a safe and compassionate space.
