Hello, I’m so glad you’re here. My approach to therapy is a little different. I don’t believe in looping through the same stories week after week or that therapy has to be painful to be effective. It can be filled with humor, insight, and lightbulb moments that lead to lasting change and a return to your authentic self.

I don’t believe people are ill or broken. I believe we’ve been conditioned to hide our true selves, which can lead to anxiety, depression, burnout, and loneliness. When we work with our souls instead of against them, when we release societal expectations and drop the masks, we begin to return to what has always been true and reach our fullest potential as a result.

I’m what some call a “cold water therapist.” I won’t always tell you what you want to hear, and I don’t offer empathy for the sake of comfort. I’ll invite you to face your deeper fears, hold you accountable, and support you in stepping into your power. My goal is that after our work together, you walk out of therapy happier, more confident, and fully living and loving the life you’re in. It’s an honor to support others on their journey toward expressing their truest nature and fullest potential, and one I hold with humility and great care.
