As a lifelong yoga and mindfulness practitioner, she values creating intentional space for reflection, healing, and personal growth. Her therapeutic approach integrates creative, body-based, and evidence-informed modalities while honoring each client’s unique identity, values, and lived experience.

Alli believes in a gentle, empathetic, and heart-centered approach to therapy. She works collaboratively with clients to support their goals, respect diverse belief systems, and engage meaningfully with their personal narratives. With curiosity, clinical insight, and an open, nonjudgmental presence, she helps clients explore both longstanding patterns and new possibilities for change. Her work emphasizes collaboration, emotional insight, and self-discovery.

Alli earned a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mercy University. She has trained at the EMDR Institute and studied Buddhist Psychotherapy at Spirit Rock Meditation Center, experiences that inform her mindfulness-based, trauma-informed, and integrative clinical approach.

Alli works with individuals, couples, and families, supporting clients who may be new to therapy or continuing long-term work focused on mental health, emotional regulation, trauma, relationships, and life transitions. Her background in yoga and mindfulness allows her to incorporate somatic awareness and nervous system regulation into the therapeutic process, offering a grounded and integrative perspective.

Alli is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and reflective therapeutic environment. Together with clients, she focuses on cultivating insight, self-compassion, emotional resilience, and healthier relationships.

Message to clients

Hello, and welcome. I’m Alli, and I’m grateful you’re here.

I work with individuals, couples, and families, whether you are starting therapy for the first time or continuing longer-term work. I support clients navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, and life transitions. My background in yoga and mindfulness allows me to incorporate somatic awareness and nervous system regulation into our sessions when helpful.

I work from a gentle, empathetic, and heart-centered perspective. Together, we will focus on your goals, explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and make room for new possibilities. I bring curiosity, clinical insight, and a nonjudgmental presence to our work, supporting both emotional insight and meaningful change.

If you are interested in working together or have questions, please feel free to reach out at any time! Please note I offer both traditional psychotherapy and EMDR focused sessions.

I look forward to supporting your therapeutic journey!
