Professional statement

Alyssa is passionate about supporting women on their journey of personal growth—helping them let go of what no longer serves them, strengthen their sense of self-worth, and create lasting change. She works with clients navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and healing from past trauma, while striving to foster a safe, compassionate space where individuals feel understood and at ease.

As a Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) clinician, Alyssa especially enjoys working with women preparing for and adjusting to motherhood. With over a decade of experience, she has guided many individuals through emotional difficulties, equipping them with skills to approach daily stressors with greater confidence and resilience.

Her therapeutic approach is flexible and tailored to the unique needs of each client, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Perinatal Mental Health, and trauma-informed practices. Through this integrative framework, she has helped many clients enhance their well-being in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment.
