Welcome to Nourish Ideas Counseling! Established in 2019.

We are a digital healthcare solution. An all in one Life Path practice. A Counseling and Coaching practice with over 20 year’s experience as solutions professionals.

I am Dr. Amber White, I specialize in anxiety, depression, PTSD and military/first responders. I graduated with a PhD in metaphysical health in which I plan to work in research. I graduated with a Masters in Clinical mental health and Marriage and family degrees. And A BA in clinical psychology.

My goal as a counselor is to build a therapeutic alliance as an unbiased third party, to share interventions and support your lifestyle goals. Creating a counseling experience, you can return to again and check in regularly.

Our Mission Statement: Nourish Ideas Counseling was formed with the intention to be a therapeutic resource for maintaining good mental health throughout life path development and a place you can return to time again, Forming healthy emotional processing that includes insights, and knowledge into human nature.

Service: Clinical Counseling:

1. Have an evaluation from a mental health clinician.

2. Establish a therapeutic relationship you can return to anytime, from life event tracking to skill development.

3. Learn the benefits of developing healthy atomic habits.

4. Choose between 4 styles of note for experience and outcome to request at scheduling with our note of choice option. 5. We also offer support animal letters or ESA Emotional support animal letters.

5. Service: We offer Life Path Coaching: Try a Meta health coaching experience to look at meta–Life Path topics, ideal lifestyle goals, option of birth chart reading and hypnosis life path regression.


Message to clients

To prepare for the first session:

Please be ready to provide information about your history in attending counseling, previous diagnosis, and symptoms you current experiencing; we cover topics including history of improvements, supports and develop content for goals.

If you feel comfortable we will explore common counseling topics we will also cover some topics related to setting goals, the present life events, historical events about family history including your adjustments to individual growth. I will provide resources at the end of every session with a list of topics to review between the sessions and integrate supports into your life.

After the session I will prepare resources in the treatment plan to share for tracking your goals.

Feel free to journal during this experience and lean on therapeutic resources for a greater experience.
