Andrea Chen (she/her) is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts. Andrea holds a Master’s of Science in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from the University of British Columbia. Andrea has worked with individuals across various settings including partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) levels of care and schools to provide individual, family, and group counseling. Andrea has facilitated specialized groups focused on BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, body image, trauma, and relational issues.
Andrea ultimately hopes to empower her clients to lead values-driven lives and to offer a safe space for growth, healing, and building connection. She welcomes clients at any point in their mental health journey and is ready to be an empathetic and collaborative ally in navigating life’s challenges.
