Professional statement

You look like you have it all together, the job, the kids, the calendar color-coded and running. Everyone comes to you because you’re “the strong one.” But inside? You’re overwhelmed, stressed, and holding it together with sheer willpower. You’re juggling everything, but it feels like you’re quietly falling apart.

I work with high-achieving, big-hearted people who carry the mental load for everyone around them. My clients are the ones who don’t slow down until they crash, who push through even when they’re exhausted, and who feel guilty for wanting something to be just for them. If that’s you, you’re in the right place.

My approach is warm, validating, and straight-to-the-point. I’m not here to judge you or sugarcoat things, I’m here to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface, untangle the stress, and actually feel like yourself again. We focus on clarity, emotional balance, and building a life that feels more sustainable and less like constant survival mode.

If you’re tired of pretending you’re fine and ready for a space where you can breathe, be honest, and get real support, I’m here. You don’t have to hold everything alone anymore.

Message to clients

Starting therapy is a big step, and I want you to know that you don’t have to have it all figured out before we begin. My hope is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and able to set down the weight you’ve been carrying.

I work with professionals and women in perimenopause who are navigating stress, burnout, and anxiety. Many of my clients come to me feeling exhausted, stuck, or unsure of their next step. Together, we slow things down, make room to breathe, and find clarity in the middle of all the noise. Clients often begin to notice relief and meaningful progress within just 2–4 sessions.

My goal is for you to leave each session with practical tools and a sense of relief, knowing you are not alone in this process. My hope for you is to feel more grounded, more compassionate toward yourself, and more confident in your ability to move forward with purpose.
