Message to clients

My goal as a clinician is to create an environment where my clients and I can work collaboratively to build a life that feels worthwhile, meaningful, and aligned with their personal values. I believe in open, honest communication and strive to ensure that clients feel comfortable and supported throughout our work together.

I recognize that coming to therapy can be challenging, so I maintain a down-to-earth, authentic approach. I often remind clients that I am a person before I am a therapist, and I always show up in a way that reflects that humanity.

I practice within a group setting alongside other dedicated clinicians who share similar values and a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care. Working with me means partnering with a therapist who is individualized, flexible, and fully committed to your growth. Together, we will explore, heal, and work toward the life you envision for yourself.

Please send me a message so we can set up a free consultation. I look forward to hearing from you.
