Message to clients

Hello there! I am glad you have taken the first step into your mental health journey, by beginning to show up for yourself. There have most likely been times in your life where you haven't been able to show up for yourself, accept your feelings, or feeling stuck and on edge. I have 3+ years of experience dealing with individuals from every walk of life suffering from trauma, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and so much more! I am prepared to speak to you on your level, work with you to understand how you're feeling, why you feel that way, and where this stems from to accept that heaviness within you!

I value an open-minded and warm approach, which means I’m genuinely interested in your story, your thoughts, and your perspective. I see therapy as a collaborative journey: together, we’ll explore patterns, clarify what matters most to you, and develop evidence based strategies to navigate challenges with greater flexibility, resilience, and self-compassion!

If you are motivated to learning more about yourself, your barriers and strengths, while implementing change, then I think we can work together to make this happen! Send me an email to set up a brief call to discuss your wants, needs, & goals, answer your questions, & ensure we will be a good fit. ONLY accepting Telehealth at this time.

All sessions will be conducted through Headway, after initial consultation, a link will be given to Clients, which will check and verify insurance!
