Dr. Ashley Ebbert is a licensed clinical psychologist who works with individuals and couples navigating relationship dynamics, identity development, and major life transitions. Many of her clients are feeling stuck—whether in their relationships, their careers, or in making important life decisions—and are looking for a grounded, thoughtful space to reflect and move forward with more clarity.
Dr. Ebbert’s therapy style is warm, collaborative, and engaged. She draws from relational, psychodynamic, and humanistic frameworks to help clients better understand themselves and shift long-standing patterns that are no longer serving them. Her work often focuses on helping clients get to the root of their distress, while also developing greater emotional flexibility, insight, and agency in their lives and relationships.
She also works with adolescents and college students navigating the pressures of growing up in a high-expectation culture—helping them build a stronger sense of identity, communicate more effectively, and move through anxiety, perfectionism, or emotional overwhelm with greater confidence and self-trust.
Dr. Ebbert has research and clinical training in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. She has a particular focus on identity, life direction, relationship patterns, and decision-making during times of change. She is especially attuned to clients who are high-functioning, self-aware, and introspective—but internally feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what they want next.
She sees clients in both in-person sessions at her office in West Hollywood, California, and virtually across the state, and currently has limited availability for new clients.
