Message to clients

Often times current situations are a symptom of underlying past trauma that permeate our daily lives. We will work together to uncover and confront these issues. In this approach, the development of a preferred solution is more important than clarifying and directly addressing the problem.

I adhere to a Solution-Focused approach, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Reality Therapy to counseling. This means that rather than focusing solely on the individual’s presenting concern. I explore client strengths and counter-productive cycles of thought and behavior to help the client gain insight into their situation and solutions.

We will work together to develop goals that focus on identifying and changing old patterns while improving communication. Let’s begin your healing journey today.
