Ben Brandley is a Licensed Associate Counselor who is uniquely cross-trained with a Master's degree in Counseling and a PhD in Communication. Ben's education and experiences allow compassionate and helpful care for couples and client's moving through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity, or relationship challenges. Ben specializes in LGBTQ+ affirming therapy and welcomes clients from all backgrounds. Clients and couples in relationships of polyamory, open, ethical non-monogamy, relational anarchy, etc. are also welcome.
Ben's approach is strategically eclectic, borrowing from various therapies to make the best therapy experience for the couples' and client's personal needs. Self-Compassion Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Trauma-Informed Care, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Multicultural & LGBTQ Counseling, Psychoanalysis, and more are just some tools used, based on the client's goals.
