Everyone goes through difficult moments, and you don’t have to navigate them alone. I offer a supportive space grounded in Christian principles and beliefs, where we can gently explore what you’re facing and work together toward healing and growth.
Life’s challenges—including stress, loss, grief, and major life transitions—can feel overwhelming at times. With the right support, it’s possible to move through these experiences and reconnect with a sense of peace, purpose, and joy. I help clients build practical coping skills so they can feel more equipped to manage stress, navigate change, and face challenges with confidence.
In our work together, we’ll look beyond just the surface-level symptoms and take time to understand the deeper roots of what you’re experiencing. My approach is collaborative and compassionate—we’ll work side by side to find meaningful solutions so you can move forward in a way that feels right for you.
My background includes medical social services, military support, community resources, work with veterans, and court mediation. These experiences allow me to offer thoughtful, well-rounded support to individuals from a wide range of life situations.
