Blaire Cutler is a Mental Health Counselor Associate who offers therapy in a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space, working with clients across the lifespan. She is especially passionate about supporting college students and young adults as they navigate identity development, academic pressures, and the many transitions that come with emerging adulthood.
With experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings, Blaire is deeply committed to helping clients find relief from the challenges of anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive patterns, and eating disorders, while also fostering resilience, self-compassion, and a stronger sense of self. She understands that these struggles can often feel overwhelming, isolating, or misunderstood, and she works to ensure her clients feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Taking an eclectic and individualized approach, Blaire draws from evidence-based models such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She tailors treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals, integrating practical coping strategies with space for deeper exploration of the thoughts, feelings, and experiences that shape who we are. Blaire also recognizes the powerful role our upbringing and environments play in influencing our patterns, while holding the belief that growth, healing, and meaningful change are always within reach.
Clients working with Blaire can expect a compassionate ally who will walk alongside them on their journey—offering tools for managing symptoms, space for self-discovery, and encouragement to build the life they envision for themselves.
