Bree is CEO and Founder of Kindled Heart Counseling LLC, where her goal is to ignite the inner strength of her clients with empathy, growth and healing. Bree is one of the few licensed therapists in the Pittsburgh region that provides counseling in Spanish. Her approach is warm, gentle and focused.

Bree holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University and is trained in trauma-informed care. Bree employs a variety of counseling approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. While Bree deeply values the education and training that have shaped her counseling practice, she acknowledges that learning is an ongoing journey.
