Professional statement

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re unsure where to begin or worried about being judged. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to work through life’s challenges at your own pace.

I work with teens, young adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. Many of the clients I support feel emotionally stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—from themselves or from others—and are looking for clarity, healing, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy is warm, relational, and collaborative. Clients often describe me as compassionate, approachable, and easy to talk to. I believe healing happens best in a space built on trust, authenticity, and respect. I meet clients where they are and tailor treatment to their unique needs, strengths, and goals.

I use an integrative, holistic approach, drawing from Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy. Together, we explore how past experiences shape present challenges, while also developing practical tools to manage emotions, strengthen relationships, and foster resilience. I strive to help clients rewrite unhelpful narratives and reconnect with their sense of purpose and self-worth.

Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you better understand yourself, build emotional balance, and move forward with confidence. Whether you’re coping with anxiety, processing trauma, or adjusting to a new season of life, you don’t have to do it alone.
