Message to clients

I support women and men navigating reproductive grief—whether you’ve experienced pregnancy loss, miscarriage, stillbirth, infertility, second infertility, a challenging birth, or the emotional weight of fertility treatments. These experiences can shake your sense of self, your relationships, and your hopes for the future. My approach is warm, validating, and trauma‑informed. I offer a safe space to process what happened, honor your grief, and reconnect with your body and identity at a pace that feels right for you. Your story matters, and your healing deserves care. If you’re ready, I'm here to connect with you.

My specialty is based on solution-focused, CBT, and acceptance and commitment; meaning I pull from your personal experiences to see what kinds of things you may value, such as family, service, or community, etc, and from there get you in a position to examine how those components will enable you to work through the current barriers to find success.

Do you feel that you are trying to work through the challenges of reproductive grief to get yourself in a space where you can manage understanding your identity, and what the experience means for you currently, and into the future? Let's connect and examine that in your unique story.
