I specialize in working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, sleep difficulties, and relationship or identity stress. My style is approachable and steady, allowing you to feel understood while also gaining the momentum to make meaningful changes. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions, utilizing evidence-based strategies designed to help you understand your emotional patterns, build effective coping tools, manage anxiety and mood fluctuations, strengthen interpersonal boundaries, and improve sleep and daily functioning.
I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, completed my pre-doctoral internship at NYU/Bellevue Hospital, and my postdoctoral fellowship at NYU Langone Health. Before entering private practice, I was a Clinical Assistant Professor at NYU Langone, where I provided direct clinical care and trained future clinicians.
I offer both in-person therapy sessions on Manhattan’s Upper East Side and secure telehealth appointments for clients throughout New York, Florida, and Connecticut.
