Hello. Thank you for looking at my profile. I have had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, helping them navigate a wide range of mental health challenges, life transitions, and the everyday obstacles that can get in the way of happiness.
Many of the people I work with are carrying a great deal of stress, anxiety, loneliness, and fear. They often feel like they are just trying to make it through the day without ever really getting a chance to let go and relax. I offer a safe space for you to decompress and talk about you, your problems, your relationships, and your most private and confidential thoughts and feelings.
My approach to therapy is personal and tailored for you. I know that healing looks different for everyone, so I draw from a variety of approaches depending on your unique needs. These include contemplative and psychodynamic psychotherapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and more. Together, we’ll set meaningful goals for your mental health and take steps toward those goals at a pace that feels right for you.
In addition - if you are interested in exploring meditation as part of your therapy - I am a certified Tergar Anytime Anywhere Meditation Teacher. Meditation has been shown to be of significant physical, emotional, and mental benefit. It can reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and attention, boost mood, lower blood pressure, help manage pain, improve sleep quality, and support recovery from addictions.
My style is practical, down-to-earth, and grounded in real connection. I truly enjoy supporting people as they move toward greater peace, clarity, and fulfillment — and would be honored to work with you.
