Message to clients

My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow. I believe that healing begins with awareness—of our thoughts, emotions, and values—and that therapy can be a powerful tool to help you live a more authentic and meaningful life.

I’ve spent many years working with adults in both hospital and outpatient settings, and I know how overwhelming it can feel when life becomes difficult to manage on your own. In our work together, I aim to help you slow down, gain insight into your experiences, and reconnect with what’s most important to you. Together, we can explore what truly matters to you and take meaningful steps toward a life aligned with your values.
