I work with adults, teens, and parents who are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware, yet find themselves repeating patterns they understand but want to change at a deeper level. Many clients come to me after prior therapy or personal growth work, seeking something more integrative, grounded, and lasting.
My approach is depth-oriented and relational, grounded in a biopsychosocial framework. I integrate psychodynamic therapy, somatic and experiential approaches, and evidence-based skills from DBT and CBT to support both insight and practical change. This allows us to address underlying attachment and developmental patterns while also strengthening emotional regulation, cognitive flexibility, and day-to-day functioning.
The therapeutic relationship is central to my work. I am active and engaged in sessions, offering warmth, clarity, and honest feedback while remaining attuned to each client’s pace and nervous system. I have extensive experience working with adults across the lifespan and adolescents, and I am comfortable managing clinical complexity and safety concerns with steadiness and care.
I also work closely with parents, supporting them in better understanding their child or teen’s emotional world, strengthening their parenting approach, and navigating specific challenges with greater confidence and attunement. In addition, I have experience supporting clients engaged in psychedelic-assisted and integration work, with an emphasis on preparation, meaning-making, and psychological safety.
While therapy is not a quick or formulaic process, clients often report feeling more grounded and regulated, gaining clarity around relational patterns and boundaries, and experiencing greater authenticity in how they show up in their lives. Parents frequently describe increased confidence and connection, and many clients notice that insights translate into felt, sustainable change.
This work is best suited for individuals and families who value depth, commitment, and thoughtful guidance, and who are ready to invest in meaningful transformation.
