Message to clients

One day I woke up, ready to explode as I put my feet on the floor. I realized that I just couldn't take it anymore. I was tired of being tired. I was tired of just going through the motions each day. I felt alone, overwhelmed, and misunderstood. I realized that I needed to get some help with getting through this. I was letting everything that I have been holding in take me and my life over.

Do you identify with this?

Whether you have been overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, holding in traumatic experiences, experiencing internal conflict due to executive dysfunction, feeling stress from career, or experiencing difficulties in educational program; I invite you to give me a call to determine how I can support your journey and help you heal your thoughts. I specialize in trauma (PTSD), adult ADHD, late diagnosed autism, depression, anxiety, and balancing life with career and educational obligations.

I service clients 14+, with some exceptions for younger clients. I accept out-of-pocket pay, some insurance (Cigna/Evernorth, Aetna, UHC/Oxford/Oscar in GA, VA, and KY), Loveland Vouchers, and provide virtual sessions to Georgia, Kentucky, and Virginia residents. I provide in-person sessions from my office in Conyers, GA. You deserve to live your best life, in control, and free of burdening thoughts.
