Professional statement

Crystal Britt is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Southern California whose focus in practice is late-diagnosed or suspected neurodivergent millennials who are reassembling their identity. Many of her clients are disillusioned, exhausted, and without a clear direction of what they want their life to look like. They have been in survival mode for a long time, and struggle to define what they want out of life. Crystal is particularly drawn to working with those questioning their sexuality, spirituality, or purpose in life.

Crystal's approach is rooted in Narrative Therapy, an evidence-based approach that focuses on helping clients re-write their story,. This helps clients to understand how the stories they tell themselves shapes how they think about themselves and view the world around them. In this way self-worth and autonomy improves.
